Ignite Productions & Entertainment LLC was established by producer James Willis who has worked in video, television, and film since 1988.

Corporate, Training & Business Television

James served as a Producer/Production Manager for VideoPlus, Inc. where he oversaw editorial operations, freelance producers, and project budgeting for the nationally known video production company. Some of his clients here and in his freelance career included American Communications Network (ACN), Stef International, Bowne Financial Printing, Pre-Paid Legal (now Legal Shield), and Quorum.

Film & Television

Mr. Willis’ served as producer/co-writer of the internationally released feature film “The Dreaded”, served as associate producer on the documentary “Iceman: What We Left Behind”, directed, produced, and edited the promo for the proposed documentary “The Missiles of Battery A”, wrote and produced the independent television pilot “West Texas Khaki”, and served as Art Director and Location Manager on the award winning feature film "Love Land".  His latest project "Field of Valor: Air Activities of Texas" is in the final phases of post production.

Expanding his knowledge in the film industry, James gained valuable experience on studio films such as Paramount Pictures “Necessary Roughness” and Warner Bros. “Any Given Sunday” as a Production Assistant.

James has completed several written works including his screenplay “Aurora”, the development of the proposed series “Miles Chancey”, and the screenplay “After the Fact” based on best-selling author Fred Saberhagen’s novel of the same name.
